Policies regarding Returns, Payments & Refunds
Some products have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some products that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Payment Details & Refund Policy
Date of Transaction. For the purpose of this Refund Policy, the date of purchase of any Goods sold by NEO420.com is hereafter referred to as “Date of the transaction” and indicates the date funds were received from the Purchaser.
Payments Due
All payments are due in full at the time of order placement, including tariffs, shipping fees and applicable sales tax.
Please keep in mind that products purchased on the website are being provided by a print-on-demand fulfillment company. This means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you, the customer, ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 28 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team by emailing Neo420Support@protonmail.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
Non-Refundable
Purchaser agrees to pay all amounts due for Goods at the time Purchaser orders them. All amounts are non-refundable unless otherwise noted in this Refund Policy.
To be eligible for a return,
–we must receive your request within 28 days of the date you received your item.
–your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
–You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Neo420Support@protonmail.com. When your return is authorized, we’ll send you instructions regarding how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will be happy to exchange the item for a new one. If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo of all affected items will be required for confirmation purposes. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, a partial refund will be issued.
These include:
1. Address is invalid / incomplete
2. Address is inactive
3. Address is vacant
4. The customer has moved, unable to forward
5. Forward Expired
6. No Access to Delivery Location (address invalid)
7. The parcel was not claimed
8. Addressee Unknown
9. Customer refused the package
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. If appropriate, please let us know if you would prefer to receive a replacement for the item or a refund.
Return Shipping
After you’ve submitted a return request to Neo420Support@protonmail.com, upon acceptance we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix to to your package. If the item was damaged or is the wrong item, Neo420 will pay for the shipping.
Refunds / Replacement
Once we receive your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. our team will review your request and inspect the item. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved. If approved, you’ll either be automatically refunded on your original payment method or the replacement will be ordered. Please remember all payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
Refunds Issued
Purchaser agrees that where refunds are issued to Purchaser Payment Method, NEO420.com’s issuance of a refund receipt is only confirmation that NEO420.com has submitted Purchaser refund to the Payment Method charged at the time of the original sale, and that NEO420.com has no control over when the refund will be applied towards Purchaser Payment Method’s available balance or any fees not refunded by payment processing entity. NEO420.com will not issue a refund of any fees charged by the payment processor. Purchaser further acknowledges and agrees that the payment provider and/or individual issuing bank associated with Purchaser Payment Method establish and regulate the time frames for posting Purchaser refund, and that such refund posting time frames may range from five (5) business days to a full billing cycle, or longer.
In the event a refund is issued to Purchaser Payment Method and the payment provider, payment processor or individual issuing bank associated with Purchaser Payment Method imposes any limitations on refunds, including but not limited to, limitations as to the timing of the refund or the number of refunds allowed, then NEO420.com, in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to issue the refund via issuance of a NEO420.com check, which will be sent to the mailing address on file for the Purchaser Account; or (ii) in some jurisdictions, as a bank transfer, when the payment processor cannot refund back to the Payment Method.
Price Changes
NEO420.com reserves the right to change its prices and fees at any time, and such changes shall be posted on www.neo420.com as soon as possible, but are effective immediately without need for further notice, even if the
website has not yet been updated.
Payment Types
Except as prohibited in any product-specific agreement, Purchaser may pay for Goods by using any of the following “Payment Methods”:
(i) valid credit card,
(ii) electronic payment from Purchaser personal or business checking account, as appropriate (and as defined below);
(iii) Stripe;
(iv) International Payment Option (as defined below).
Wire Transfer Details
Wire transfers may be initiated in foreign currency to fund Purchaser purchase, however the native currency of the NEO420.com bank account is U.S. Dollars, therefore, foreign currency wires will be automatically
converted and deposited in U.S. Dollars using the applicable rate of exchange at the time of the transaction. Please note that exchange rate fees may apply. The Purchaser is responsible for all wire transfer fees, both incoming and outgoing, associated with any purchase. Any non-U.S. wire transfers may be subject to fees by Purchaser’s bank, intermediary banks, or NEO420’s bank, which may reduce the amount of the money received by NEO420’s bank and subsequently funded towards the purchase. The Purchaser hereby expressly authorizes NEO420.com (i) to reduce the payment by the amount of the wire transfer fees NEO420 incurs in order to receive Purchaser’s funds; and/or (ii) to charge a hundred-dollar ($100.00) service fee (“Service Fee”) in connection with the transaction fees, whichever is greater. All fees are subject to change at any time, and such changes shall be effective immediately without need for further notice.
Payment By Check (Electronic Funds Transfer – EFT)
NEO420.com is currently not accepting this form of payment.
International Payment Options
NEO420.com currently accepts payments in several major currencies electronically through the website. International wire transfers are also accepted, with additional fees added for currency conversions.
In-Store Credit Balances
NEO420.com currently does not offer “In-Store Credit”.
